The Project
DAO Maker is a decentralized management organization founded with financial stability and transparency in mind. It is an environment built based on the Maker Protocol, which is one of the largest leading dapps using the Ethereum blockchain. The project has attracted a large pool of users, investors, and developers with its well-written code and user-friendliness, as well as its high level of security and reliability.
SmartState audits DAO Maker
Being SmartState’s old and loyal client, utterly satisfied with our work, DAO Maker addressed us once more on account of another audit of smart contracts. And we, ourselves, were very pleased to make a new collaboration with our longtime client.
We have carried out several tests of smart contracts and the platform architecture regarding best code practices and, on the other hand, various issues, including:
• ERC20/BEP20 compliance
• Logical bugs
• Private data leaks
• Weak PRNG
• Unused vars
• DOS (General Denial of Service)
• Hidden malicious code
• Short address/parameter attack
and others which could do harm and lead to possible failures.
We have carefully checked the smart contract and have detected almost no vulnerabilities with the exception of some minor ones. We have submitted a list of recommendations to help improve the situation and avoid further problems in future.Based on the audit results, we rate it at 9/10.
